The farm-house “La Conte” is only 2 kms far from the town-Walls of Lucca. The cottage, of the 17th century, preserves the rural atmosphere of the ancient farm-house, in spite of the recent renovation. Around the farm-house there is a garden of about 2000 square metres, completely surrounded, a private half-earthed swinning pool(wooden, octagonal, 7,57 metres of diameter, deep 1,20 metres). The location of the farm-house is optimum, in full country, but only 25 kms far from the sea. It is in a strategic position to get to the cities of Tuscany and the medieval villages of the “Garafagnana”. It is possible to reach the town-centre of Lucca by public transport (the bus-stop is 1 km away) or by bike, and Firenze, Pisa, Montecatini, Siena are within easy reach by car, by train or by bus. The guests have at their disposal a porch with tables and chairs, a big garden with lawn, freuit-trees, ample equipped of tables, chairs, a brick-barbeque, deckchairs, external shower with changing -room and beach-umbrellas, a beautiful illuminated “Iacuzzi” for six persons, a foot-ball and a volley-ball little ground so that you can fully enjoy life in the open-air and get a very relaxing holyday in the heart of the country. The farm-house can be booked complete or at choise one apartament, because the “rustico”(that i a rural house) was renovated with 4 little apartaments (look at the specific space - the apartaments) The guests share a big outside kitchen, the garden with a swinning pool, a “Iacuzzi” for six personss, a brick-barbeque and an entrance.

The farm, of Paolo and Guido, is a family farming. It produces wine, oil, the typical vegetables of Lucca and season-fruit. The guests can buy organic products and cook appetizing dishes to taste in a large room with a wood burning oven and a fire-place.
